L-SHAPE POOLS

Some L-shaped pools are geometric, with hard lines and defined angles. Others are called “lazy Ls” because they’re more organic in shape with curved lines and less-defined angles.

KIDNEY POOLS

Kidney-shaped pools are popular freeform pools that are rounded on each end, curving inward along one side. Kidney-shaped pools offer a sleek, contemporary feel and their asymmetrical shape fits easily into smaller spaces without sacrificing style.

ROMAN POOLS

Roman pool shapes take a cue from the villas of ancient Rome, with two long straight edges flanked by arched half-circles at either end. The timeless Roman shape pool will imbue your pool area’s chic minimalism with elegance.

OVAL POOLS

Oval inground pools are geometric shapes with curved edges. The oval-shaped pool is less common. making it one of the major draws for those who want more than the stereotypical “backyard pool.”

RECTANGLE POOLS

Rectangular pools are a classic, geometric pool shape. with its clean lines, a linear pool is a timeless choice. A rectangle-shaped fiberglass inground pool can be simple and straightforward or embellished with accessories, and is the optimal shape for an inground lap pool.

FREEFORM POOLS

The freeform pool shape can incorporate dramatic curves for a modern look or maximize available swimming space with a more relaxed wavy design. If you’re looking for a more fun, informal, natural-looking pool shape, the freeform pool design is your best choice.
